Let the Word lead.

03 · Pray

A prayer to carry

Father, You know the pattern I have hidden and the harm it brings. I need the mercy of Jesus Christ and the help of Your Spirit. Forgive the sin I have defended. Give me courage to tell the truth, receive appropriate care, and accept accountability. Help me take the next safe step away from what is harming me and others. Keep me from trying to carry recovery alone. Teach me to trust and obey You one day at a time. Amen.

An original guided prayer. Speak these words as a starting point, then name your own need before God.

04 · Respond

Take one faithful step.

Contact a trusted pastor, recovery community, or clinician and name the help you need. Ask someone to help you make a practical plan for the next difficult moment.

Please do not walk alone

You deserve support beyond a song. Reach for a trusted pastor, recovery community, clinician, or emergency help when the cycle feels dangerous or too heavy to face alone.
