When you join the Gospel Protocol list, we use your email address to confirm it and to send new songs, a short Sunday note, and one letter a month about how to support the work. Emails start only after you confirm through your inbox.

Your choices

Joining is optional. You can listen without signing up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all future emails at once.

What we keep

WITNESS operates the listener list for Gospel Protocol. It retains your email securely, the time and source of your consent, your status on the list, your optional music-app preference, and delivery records. Resend processes email delivery and holds a copy of your address for that purpose. We do not sell or share the list.

Site activity

We count actions such as listening clicks and visits to the signup form to understand whether the site is useful. A random identifier stored in your browser helps distinguish repeat visits for up to 180 days. We also retain campaign labels from links you use to arrive here, such as a social post. After you subscribe, intentional listening-button clicks from our emails can be associated with your place on the list so we can understand what brings listeners back. Loading an email or a listening page alone is not counted as listening. Site activity counts do not contain your email address, and a streaming link click does not tell us whether you followed or listened on another service.
