01 · Pause

Begin with honesty.

Name where you are tired or weak. Read Paul’s prayer for inward strength and his testimony of Christ’s sufficient grace.

02 · Read

Let the Word lead.

03 · Pray

A prayer to carry

Lord Jesus, I do not have the strength to carry this by myself. Meet me in my weakness with Your grace. By Your Spirit, strengthen me to trust Your love, resist sin, and do the good You place before me. Give me humility to rest and receive help. Keep me from measuring Your faithfulness by my energy. Sustain me for today and teach me to depend on You. Amen.

An original guided prayer. Speak these words as a starting point, then name your own need before God.

04 · Respond

Take one faithful step.

Choose one responsibility that matters today and one burden to share with someone else. Make room for rest and help without treating dependence as failure.
