Change book or chapter
38 For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Stay with what you have read.
Guard the heart that carries the wound.
Being wronged does not give us permission to seek revenge. Romans 8 anchors believers in Christ's love, and Romans 12 calls us to entrust judgment to God and do good.
You can lean before the trembling stops.
Psalm 121 directs God's people to the Lord who keeps them. Bring Him your fear without pretending to be strong; suffering does not cancel the hope believers have in Christ.
Waiting does not mean you have failed.
Waiting can expose what we trust. Isaiah 30 calls a rebellious people back to God; let His Word govern your plans while you entrust the outcome to Him.
